We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Data Entry Operator to join our team working on ML/AI projects. The primary responsibilities of this role include labeling and annotating images, summarizing data using Excel, and supporting the data management needs of our machine learning and AI projects. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a solid understanding of data entry procedures, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Image Labeling and Annotation:
  • Accurately label and annotate images according to project specifications.
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy in labeling tasks across large datasets.
  • Collaborate with the ML/AI team to refine labeling guidelines as needed.
• Data Summarization:
  • Organize, summarize, and present data using Excel.
  • Create and maintain Excel sheets to track project progress and data annotations.
  • Perform quality checks on data entries and summaries to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Data Management:
  • Input, update, and maintain datasets used for machine learning models.
  • Assist in organizing and managing large volumes of data files and ensure proper categorization.
  • Work closely with the data science team to ensure data is correctly formatted and ready for model training.
• Quality Control:
  • Review and verify data entries for accuracy and consistency.
  • Identify and correct errors in data entry or labeling processes.
  • Provide feedback on data quality issues and suggest improvements.
• Collaboration:
  • Work with project managers and ML/AI engineers to understand project requirements and deadlines.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and solutions.
